Spartan Online Coaching Ltd – 1:1 Private Coaching Terms & Conditions

Effective: November 2025

By enrolling in 1:1 Private Online Coaching with Jack Lovett, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Spartan Online Coaching Ltd (“the Coach”).

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

1.1 Scope of Service

This premium, bespoke coaching service includes:

• A personalised gym programme created from your completed intake questionnaire and an initial video consultation.
• Delivery of your training via a secure coaching app for mobile or desktop use.
• Custom video demonstrations for every prescribed movement.
• Unlimited direct message support inside the app, with:
  • Weekday replies within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Weekend replies within 48 hours (Sat–Sun)

1.2 Direct Access

You work exclusively with Jack Lovett. Programming, coaching, and support are not delegated — this is a direct, high-contact service.

2. SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS & PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Pricing (As of November 2025)

• Rolling Monthly: £200/month — 3-month minimum term, then continues on a rolling basis with 4 weeks’ written notice required to cancel.
• 3-Month PIF: £600 (paid in full)
• 6-Month PIF: £1,080 (paid in full)
• 12-Month PIF: £2,000 (paid in full)

2.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Only credit or debit card payments are accepted.
• Coaching access begins once payment is successfully received.

2.3 Non-Refundability

• All payments are strictly non-refundable. This includes early exit, lack of use, dissatisfaction, or changes in your personal circumstances.

2.4 Non-Cancellation

• Prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded once payment is made.
• Rolling monthly plans cannot be cancelled within the initial 3-month commitment. After this period, cancellation requires 4 weeks’ notice by email to jack@spartanperformance.co.uk.

2.5 No Pausing or Freezing

• All coaching terms run continuously from your sign-up date. No pauses or deferrals are available under any circumstance.

2.6 Future Price Adjustments

• Spartan Online Coaching Ltd reserves the right to increase prices at any time.
• Clients on a prepaid package (3, 6, or 12 months) will retain current pricing until the package expires. New pricing will only apply if and when the client renews.
• For clients on the rolling monthly plan, any new price will take effect from the next billing cycle following notification of the change.
• No price increase will be applied retroactively.

3. INCLUDED BENEFITS (WHILE SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVE)

• Free access to Spartan Performance ‘Meet Days’
• Discounted entry to chargeable ‘Mastermind Days’
• 25% off in-person PT sessions with Jack Lovett at Spartan Performance gym
• Complimentary access to private member groups or digital portals when made available

Benefits expire if your coaching subscription ends.

4. ACCOUNT USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Single-User Access

Your subscription is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials, programmes, or video access is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Ownership & Copyright

All programmes, videos, communication, and materials are the sole intellectual property of Spartan Online Coaching Ltd and Jack Lovett.
You may not duplicate, distribute, sell, or reproduce any material.

5. COACH COMMUNICATION

• All communication must be via the official coaching app.
• Queries sent via other platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) are not guaranteed a response.
• Response time:
  • Weekdays: within 24 hours
  • Weekends: within 48 hours

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

• You confirm that you are medically fit and able to engage in strength and conditioning training.
• You understand that physical training carries inherent risk, and you accept full responsibility for your health and safety.
• You release Spartan Online Coaching Ltd and Jack Lovett from any liability related to injury, illness, or adverse effects arising from your participation.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

• While the programme is results-driven, no outcome is guaranteed.
• Your results depend on your compliance, effort, recovery, nutrition, and consistency.
• No refunds or extensions will be issued due to lack of results.

8. FAILED PAYMENTS & CHARGEBACKS

• Failed payments result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is resolved.
• Chargebacks raised without basis will lead to immediate cancellation and may be pursued legally for full recovery of fees and damages.

9. DATA PROTECTION (UK GDPR)

• Spartan Online Coaching Ltd is the Data Controller of your information.
• We only collect data essential to deliver your service. Your information is not shared or sold.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing jack@spartanperformance.co.uk.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We encourage concerns to be raised with us directly for early resolution.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By subscribing to this coaching service, you:

• Confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
• Understand that the service is non-refundable, non-cancellable (within the stated terms), and non-transferable.
• Accept that pricing may change in future and agree to be bound by those terms upon renewal.
